No. CompressPix runs entirely in your browser using WebAssembly. Your images never leave your device — you can verify this in DevTools → Network while compressing. That makes it safe for client NDAs, medical, legal and government work.
What file formats does CompressPix support?+
JPG/JPEG, PNG and WebP — both as input and output. EXIF metadata, including GPS coordinates from your phone, is stripped automatically during compression for privacy.
